What to include when something goes wrong

So we can help on the first reply rather than the third:

• Your activation code — it is in the Licence tab of the panel.
• Which Photoshop version you use.
• Windows or Mac.
• What you clicked, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if the panel showed a message.

Before you buy

Tell us your Photoshop version and what you print — DTF, digital pallet, or both — and we will tell you whether Actionix will help. If it will not, we will say so.
