These terms cover your use of Actionix, a Photoshop plugin published by SepArt Studio ("we", "us"). By installing or using Actionix you accept them.
A licence to use Actionix on one computer. You do not own the software itself; you own the right to use it. The licence does not expire and includes updates we release for it.
Each licence code is tied to a single installation. If you replace or reinstall your computer, write to us and we will move the licence across at no charge. Please do not share licence codes — a shared code stops working for everyone using it.
Credits pay for processing on our servers. They do not expire. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Prices are shown before you run a job and are charged only when you confirm. If a job fails, its credits are returned automatically.
SepArt AI is for editing images you already have. You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you submit.
We claim no ownership of anything you make with Actionix. Print-prep runs on your computer and your files never reach us. Images sent to SepArt AI are processed and deleted — see the privacy policy.
The print-prep tools work offline and keep working whether or not our servers are up. Licence checks and SepArt AI need internet, and we cannot promise those are available without interruption. We may need to take them down for maintenance.
Actionix supports Photoshop CC 2019 and newer. Adobe may change Photoshop in ways that break plugins. We will fix such breakages where we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions we have not seen.

Actionix is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of faults or fits every workflow. Check your output before you print. We are not liable for wasted film, ink, garments or press time, nor for lost profit or business.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may end a licence that breaches these terms, in particular sharing codes or tampering with the licence check. We will tell you why first, unless the breach is deliberate.
You may stop using Actionix at any time. Refunds follow the refund policy.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Continuing to use Actionix after a change means you accept it. Changes are not applied retrospectively to a purchase already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts of Tirupur, India.
