Actionix runs on Photoshop CC 2019 and newer, on Windows and Mac. If you are unsure whether it will work on your machine, ask us first. We will answer honestly, including when the answer is no.
A licence code is generated for your specific computer and delivered immediately. Because it cannot be returned or reused once issued, licence purchases are not refundable after the code has been issued.
We will refund a licence in full if:
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, less any credits already spent. Credits that have been used cannot be refunded, because the processing they paid for has already been carried out at our cost.
If an AI job fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You are never charged for work that did not complete. If you believe you have been charged for a job that failed, tell us and we will check the record and correct it.
If you have turned on automatic top-up, you can cancel it at any time from the Licence tab in the panel, or from your UPI app. Cancelling stops all future charges. A top-up already in progress may still complete, and those credits are added to your balance as normal.
Email team@separtstudio.com with your activation code and the date of purchase. We will reply within 3 working days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
Actionix is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel unless you have enabled automatic top-up. You may stop using Actionix at any time.
