Privacy policy

This explains what Actionix collects and why. The short version: we hold what is needed to know your licence is valid and your credits are correct, and nothing else.

What we collect

An activation code. Generated on your computer to identify the installation. It is not your name, email or hardware serial number.
Your email address, if you give it to us when buying or contacting support.
Payment records — what was bought, when, and for how much. Card and UPI details go to Razorpay, our payment provider, and never reach us.
Credit history — credits bought, used and refunded.
Error reports, if something goes wrong: your Photoshop version, operating system, Actionix version, which action failed, and the document's dimensions and resolution.

What we never collect

Your artwork. Print-prep runs entirely on your computer. Your designs are never uploaded, and error reports contain only the numbers listed above — never the image itself.
Your customers' details, order information, or anything else in your Photoshop files.
Card numbers, UPI IDs or bank details.
Your browsing activity outside Actionix.

SepArt AI — the one exception

If you choose to run a SepArt AI job, that specific image is sent to our server and on to the AI service that processes it. This is the only time an image leaves your computer, and it only happens when you press the button.

Processed images are deleted from our servers once the job is finished. We do not keep them, look at them, or use them to train anything.

Why we hold it

To check your licence is valid and show your credit balance.
To provide the AI jobs you pay for.
To answer your support messages.
To keep accounting records, as Indian law requires.

Who else sees it

Razorpay handles payments and sees what is needed to process them. See Razorpay's own privacy policy.
Our hosting and storage providers hold the servers and the encrypted backups.
The AI provider receives only images you explicitly submit to SepArt AI.

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

How it is kept

Data is held on servers with encrypted connections. Backups are encrypted before they leave the server, so a copy on storage is unreadable without a key we hold separately.

How long we keep it

Licence and payment records are kept while your licence is active and afterwards for as long as accounting law requires. Error reports are kept for 12 months. Images sent to SepArt AI are deleted once processed.

Your rights

Write to team@separtstudio.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will reply within 30 days. Deleting your record ends your licence, since the licence is the record.

Children

Actionix is a professional tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be told to you by email where we have your address.
